Attached is a letter from the GA Department of Education to N. Odyssey School regarding
non-complaince issues pertaining to GCA - GA Cyber Academy. If issues are not resolved by
November 1, 2012, it will lead to initiation of the charter termination.



I have had several clients at GCA. There have been major issues with IDEA compliance for
special needs students. I'm also aware several State Complaints have been filed and won
and still GCA has not complied. This is all very concerning..................



For any of you thinking about GCA as an option for school next year, you are going to need
to watch this closely.
