This is to inform you that, as of 31 March 2009, a parent who is an editor of this blog/forum has come under legal threat from Global Indian Foundation (GIF) regarding this blog/forum. As such, the future existence and continuation of this blog/forum could be uncertain.

To deal with allegations made by Global Indian Foundation in the lawsuit:

• Further reader comments are now blocked (with immediate effect)
• Reader comments, that were alleged by GIF and Mr. Atul Temurnikar to be defamatory to them, are examined and may be sanitized or removed. (Please refer to already existing rules and a precedent. Deletions will be indicated where possible).
